Participation here is not governed by rules or agreements. It is shaped by what becomes possible or impossible in interaction.
This work can proceed only while:
no one is positioned as authority, rescuer, or guide
uncertainty can be tolerated without urgency for resolution
power relations are acknowledged as both cooperative and competitive
rhetorical practices remain open to exploration rather than persuasion
When these conditions degrade, the work stops.
Refusal
Refusal is not corrective action or enforcement. It is recognition that the interaction can no longer support this kind of participation.
There are no appeals and no explanations beyond this.
